Thanks to the ingenuity of voice recognition based searching through Google Chrome, your laptop or PC is now essentially bugged. Remember when Gizmodo reported that the FBI can turn on laptop cameras without turning on the indicator light? Now Forbes.Com reports a glitch in the system that allows your voice and anyone else who happens to be nearby to be recorded, transcribed and stored when you use the hands-off google search voice option. Unless you remember to turn off the feature which many people forget to do, you are at risk.
Is it truly a glitch or an invasion of privacy? Either way, be careful, someone is listening.
